Every differently-abled child has to undergo different therapies on case to case basis. These children have to be provided timely care and necessary therapies which are not affordable by all parents. There are few parents who are unable to afford due to their budget and monthly expenses while some are downtrodden who find it difficult to give such therapies. Ignoring at an early stage will put both, child and parent in the dock.
